Private compression, right in your browser

Compress and convert images privately โ€” without uploading them.

Deconveo converts, compresses, and strips common metadata directly in your browser. Your image contents stay on your device โ€” useful for agencies and teams optimizing client shots, screenshots, product images, or internal visuals.

Faster pages, lighter files, fewer privacy worries โ€” without sending image bytes to another company for conversion.

Privacy-first workflow ยท Built for GDPR-conscious European teams ยท Local conversion

Pixels stay in your browserGDPR-conscious workflowNo image upload requiredFree for small batches

Useful when client files, product photos, or screenshots should not travel through a third-party image service.

Who it is for

Agencies, freelancers, marketing and ecommerce teams, and European companies that prefer not to route sensitive visuals through generic cloud converters.

Agencies

Hand off optimized WebP or AVIF without uploading client folders to an unknown image SaaS stack.

Marketing & ecommerce

Shrink hero and catalog images before they hit your CMS โ€” same codecs, fewer upload detours.

Public sector

Keep campaign and documentation imagery processing inside the browser session you already control.

Legal, healthcare, ops

Strip common GPS and camera EXIF before circulation when your policy asks for cleaner files.

๐Ÿ—

No upload queue for conversions

Process large batches without waiting on a distant server queue. Images are read from your disk into browser memory โ€” not uploaded for conversion.

โšก

Batch speed without sacrificing focus

Queue many assets and keep editing presets while conversions run. Practical when you prep a week's worth of thumbnails in one sitting.

๐Ÿ“ฆ

ZIP handoffs teams understand

Download optimized batches as a single ZIP folder path for reviews, ticketing systems, or handoff to whoever publishes the site.

Built for privacy-sensitive workflows

  • Agency deliveries with branded or embargoed screenshots
  • Ecommerce PDP and campaign artwork before CMS upload
  • Internal screenshots and documentation photos
  • Site speed programmes that need lighter WebP or AVIF
  • Common EXIF and GPS cleanup before external sharing
  • Fast ZIP export once everything looks right

Why we built Deconveo

Most image tools are quick to use because they ask you to upload files first. That is awkward when you work with client assets, internal screenshots, product shots, or documents that still carry camera and location metadata.

Deconveo was developed in Europe for teams that want fast optimization without that extra upload step. The goal is simple: keep image contents on the device while you convert and compress, so agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams can move work forward with less second-guessing.

We are not a law firm and we do not certify legal compliance โ€” we built a local-first workflow that lines up with how privacy-conscious teams already want to work.

Privacy without extra work

You already juggle timelines, approvals, and file hygiene. Deconveo keeps the optimisation loop compact:

01

Pick images

Drop files or browse โ€” JPEG, PNG, AVIF or WebP in, modern formats out.

02

Tune once

Use built-in presets for web shops, storytelling pages, or social crops so results stay repeatable.

03

Clean metadata where supported

Remove common EXIF/GPS markers before handing files to clients or public channels.

04

Download results

Grab individual outputs or ZIP bundles assembled locally โ€” no remote rendering step.

Technical note: conversion runs in your browser using standard Web APIs; image contents are not sent to Deconveo servers for encoding.

Honest privacy note

Deconveo keeps image contents on your device while you convert or compress. Checkout, subscriptions, authentication, analytics, or support traffic may still touch Stripe or our domains โ€” those flows do not use your raw image payloads. Review the Privacy Policy alongside your DPIA checklist.
